SMS and Mobile Information
Hermann Group Inc D/B/A RightReadMD (“RightReadMD,” “we,” “us”) may collect your mobile phone number when you provide it on a form, by email, by phone, or in writing, so we can send informational text messages related to our teleradiology and radiology staffing services. These messages may include scheduling, shift or coverage updates, credentialing or onboarding notices, appointment or call reminders, and customer-support replies.
We store SMS consent with the phone number and the date and method of opt-in.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors that provide support services, such as customer service or message delivery (including Aircall and wireless carriers). All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
